When Sotheby’s International Realty hosted their annual Texas Networking Event (TNE), luxury met southern charm at the exclusive Vaquero Club in Westlake, Texas. This multi-day event brought together top real estate professionals from across the state for education, collaboration, and connection. The highlight of the week? The Sotheby’s Texas Soirée — an unforgettable evening of music, dancing, and elevated Texas style.

Our team at Up Up Balloons, based in Colleyville, Texas, was thrilled to provide the luxury event décor for this special soirée. We curated a look that perfectly captured western sophistication with a modern twist, transforming the outdoor venue into an elegant celebration of Texas charm.

Guests were welcomed into a breathtaking setup featuring our custom streamer rentals, signature backdrops, and a show-stopping boot-shaped balloon structure that quickly became the star of the evening. The color palette combined warm neutrals, slate blue, mustard, and sangria, with an added pop of a summery lilac purple — the perfect way to introduce a fall-inspired western flair while still embracing those sunny 90-degree Texas days. Every design detail was intentionally chosen to blend modern event styling with timeless Texas character.

The soirée also showcased an incredible lineup of local vendors, including City Boot Official, Sister the Brand Official, and Flea Style, each adding their own unique touch to the evening. Together, the collaboration of décor, fashion, and design created a space that was both stylish and authentically Texan — the perfect atmosphere for networking and celebration.
